Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Military addresses.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the item. If your order is going to take longer we will contact you to discuss.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer flat rate shipping of $6 per order which includes a 5-7 day delivery window. You can choose to expedite your shipping for $10 which includes a 3-5 day delivery window, or upgrade to Second Day for $25 which offers 2-day delivery.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We currenly accept all major credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept COD, check or cash.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
All products sold are new from the manufacturer and carry the full manufacturer's warranty. For warrany issues and claims, please contact the manufacturer directly.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We allow returns within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us first for an RMA. Once you have return authroization, please send your return back to PO Box 385, Lehi, UT, 84043. Clothing or gear that is returned worn, used or without tags will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened food items or firearms.
FIREARMS TRANSFERS
What are your transfer costs?
If you wish to use us as your FFL, one transfer is $14 (plus the UT State Background Check fee of $7.50 if you do not have a current CCW) or you can purchase three transfers for $35 (must be used within 18 months).
